Zusammenfassung

Das komplexe Bild der Schizophrenien wird nach ICD-10 in verschiedene kategoriale Unterformen und Verlaufsbilder unterteilt. Gleichwohl orientiert sich die Therapie primär an Zielsyndromen. Bei den Unterformen treten in wechselnder Prägnanz Positiv- und Negativsymptomatik in den Vordergrund.
