Zusammenfassung

Essstörungen sind mit hoher Morbidität und Mortalität verbunden. Die Behandlung von Bulimia nervosa und Binge-Eating-Störung besteht indikationsabhängig mit unterschiedlicher Schwerpunktsetzung zumeist aus einer Kombination aus Psychotherapie und der Behandlung mit Antidepressiva. Eine Psychopharmakotherapie für die Anorexia nervosa ist noch nicht etabliert.
