Abstract

History: Metastatic invasive ductal right breast carcinoma, moderately to poorly differentiated, diagnosed 1 month ago. CT scan showed multiple metastatic sites throughout the skeletal structures. CT-guided fine-needle aspiration of left sacrum confirmed metastatic carcinoma, consistent with breast primary. Status posts right lumpectomy 1 month ago.
