Hepatobiliäre Erkrankungen und Pankreatitis

Zusammenfassung

Hepatobiliäre Erkrankungen und die akute sowie die chronische Pankreatitis pädiatrischer Patienten sind Erkrankungen, deren Behandlungskonzept das Wissen um die ernährungstherapeutischen Möglichkeiten voraussetzt. Bei hepatobiliären Erkrankungen muss im primären Fokus der Ernährungstherapie die Verhinderung einer klinisch manifesten Mangelernährung liegen. Während bei der akuten Pankreatitis frühzeitig eine enterale Ernähung angestrebt werden sollte, darf bei der chronischen Pankreatitis die Entwicklung einer exokrinen Pankreasinsuffizienz nicht übersehen werden.
