Duplexsonographie der hirnversorgenden Arterien

Zusammenfassung

Die farbkodierte Duplexsonographie ist Methode der Wahl zur postoperativen Kontrolle nach Karotisoperationen und -stents. Auch nach aortennahen Bypassoperationen lassen sich die Durchblutungsverhältnisse sonographisch zuverlässig abklären. Nach extra-intrakranieller Bypassoperation kann die Anastomose mit der farbkodierten Duplexsonographie verfolgt und der Erfolg der Revaskularisierung beurteilt werden.
