Abstract

In the health care field there is a growing demand for services provided in a clients’ home environment. The high quality of services and responsibility for health and lives of patients require a professional approach and an appropriate set up of business processes within organizations providing these services. The aim of this paper is to describe the system for support of planning, recording, reporting and invoicing of the health and social services at home environment of clients.
