Abstract
In Chapter 7 the theoretical framework for the knowledge implementation was presented. The knowledge implementation approach described in chapter 7 is used for learning of the knowledge and skills of the different categories of objects. In this Chapter the knowledge implementation as learning of the knowledge and skills is presented. The knowledge implementation is part of the shape understanding method that is aimed at building the understanding/thinking machine, the shape understanding system (SUS). The short description of the shape understanding system is presented in Section 8.1.1, however in this book problems connected with the implementation of the shape understanding system (SUS) will not be presented. The reason is that the theoretical issues, connected with learning and understanding are very complex, and the attempt to describe the implementation problems could, instead of clarifying things, make them less understandable in the context of the material presented in this book.
