Abstract

It is the construction of the campus culture that has been played an indispensable role in the training of applied talents. Carrying on the campus culture activities can inspire students’ interests on their major, guide students to join in the professional practice, promote quality of teachers improving, form the teacher-student interaction for promoting teaching reform, enhance the view of students, promote the creation , development and dissemination of new idea, new ideology and new knowledge. This article will take training of applied talent in the major of Computer Science and technology as the example. This article will use the way of analyzing the meaning and the function of the campus culture to expound the constitution of the ability that the applied talents in computer major should need, and expound how to promote the construction of the campus culture to train the applied talents. It is valuable for the training of applied talents in domestic colleges and universities.
