Abstract
In the education of engineering masters, one important factor is the tutor. Continuously stimulating and improving the engineering tutors’ comprehensive quality are of vital importance, which needs a scientific and proper tutor evaluating system. The general concept of the evaluation mechanism is referred to in this article aiming at meet the requirement for the tutor to serve masters cultivation. Three evaluation standards corresponding to different assessment algorithms are given to bring about the continuous ascension of evaluating efficiency and quality.
