Zusammenfassung

Im thorakalen Querschnitt erscheinen die fetalen Lungen als beidseitige homogene Strukturen (Abb. 9.1). Im Vergleich zur Lebertextur weisen sie eine etwas stärkere Echogenität auf. Diese nimmt mit fortschreitendem Gestationsalter zu.
