Abstract
The effects of copyright law differ according to the various work categories in practice. To a great extent, Korean copyright law distinguishes between works (Art. 11 et seq. Copyright Act of Korea, hereinafter “KCA”) and other subject matter protected by neighboring rights (Art. 64 et seq. KCA).
