Abstract
Hydrogen—oxygen fuel cell initially developed by → Bacon. → gas—diffusion electrodes were prepared from carbonyl nickel by pressing and subsequent sintering. The threephase boundary was fixed inside the porous electrode body by preparing the electrode as a bilayer structure.
