Abstract
After the management system of our tests central was reformed, many situations and problems first came onto being. One of the most prominent problems is how to deal with the relationship between faculty working office and tests central. Therefore, the paper discusses the problems in order to promote management systematic reform of tests central and coordinate the relationship between the development of teaching and experiment from four perspectives.
