Abstract
Fund shortage is one of important restraining factors in technology-based SME development. Overall value evaluation of these enterprises can realize financing smoothly. Combined with features of technology-based SME, this paper builds value evaluation model for these enterprises based on the general evaluation of tangible assets, growth competence and core competency. Meanwhile the concrete analysis on the model is given.
