Abstract
What are we doing and why? Why should we integrate our expertise and professions – what is the value of us forming teams – just because we can, does not mean we should? There has to be a common goal, a reason for our endeavors. Most importantly this must translate into change – a better outcome for our patients, our communities and ourselves.
