Abstract
We proposed WiMAX network for Electronic Governance (EG) for rural areas. WiMAX will great replacement in rural areas with cost effective and end to end solution (e-healthcare is biggest example). The Empowerment of Rural communities is crucial for the development of the rural region. Bringing the rural people in to the mainstream of the advanced /modern technologies for the assessing the impacts of climate change and litigation are a major concern now. Rural Development implies both, the economic development of the people and greater social transformation with the help of communication and information technology, electronic governance is possible in rural area. In order to provide the rural people with better prospects and opportunities for economic development, agriculture development and management, Agriculture marketing management increased participation of farmers in electronic governance through information and communication technologies are envisaged. This paper will examine the current status of electronic governance in India in different rural regions and different technologies involved in e-governance process for the assessment of Agriculture and rural developments. Next generation Network (NGN) should be a part of rural area network solution in next decayed. This paper will focus on analysis on problem statement, restraining forces and driving forces available in Jalgoan district and how to utilize driving forces to design and develop the model for the e-governance to bring socio-economic developed and good governance in rural region of Jalgoan district in Maharashtra state, India.
