Abstract
Many researches show that E-Learning is better than the traditional learning. Human factors such as Emotional Intelligence, Attention, Personality, Stress, IQ, Attitude and Cognitive factors such as recollection, retention, comprehension and recognition are some of the factors of E-learning process. The objective of this paper is to explore the relationship between Personality traits and Recollection & Retention (R&R) skill among students in E-learning. A case study was conducted by preparing customized questionnaires in order to examine the personality traits and R&R skills. The personality trait is quantified in terms of Extraversion, Neuroticism and Psychoticism. The relationships between personality traits and R & R skill were considered for the research.
