Abstract
The Galileo integrity parameter SISMA is the accuracy of \( \Updelta SISE \) that means the difference between SISE and SISA, and always overbounded by the distributing function N(0,SISMA). This arithmetic is fit for the case of small error bias. This paper deduces the mathematics model of improved parameter SISMAU, simultaneity SISMA and SISMAU are simulated and compared on the condition of normal and off normal for satellite, off normal for transmit respectively. The simulation result reveals that the usability for both SISMA and SISMAU are 100% on the condition of normal. However the usability for SISMA is much smaller than the usability for SISMAU on the condition of satellite clock error and track exceptional.
