Abstract

Students’ cadres is a bridge between university and students, they play a vital role in the work of university students, so how to exert a better ability of them is of great importance to the development of university. This paper analyzes a lot of problems existed in the team-building of university student cadres and presents my own view on how to improve the executive ability of student cadres and how to enhance the team-building of student cadres.
