Abstract
With the popularization of technology of network and multimedia, the university English teaching has turned into information era. To meet the needs of ages, the role of university English teacher need change from its old and past from. It has to become more diversity and more composite. In addition, student itself owes to become the subject during the teaching and the core of every teaching activity. With the information teaching background, this text is going to discuss how we should behave with the role transmission of university English teacher and student.
