Abstract

The global financial crisis by the expansion of higher education and the recruitment of students scale, college students are facing serious employment and reemployment. Students must own core competitive ability, if they want to be successful employment competition. Professional training mode meet the needs of the market is to develop comprehensive professional advantage in creation, will be able to realize the humanistic quality education to the student the implementation, and to lead them to the perfect personality, and to improve their competitiveness in employment and entrepreneurs. In this article, set theory is used to formulate and implement a professional training plan, design, implementation of rich and colorful cultural theme activities on campus, these activities to improve work efficiency, improve the students’ soft and hard skills, improve the students’ ability of competition in the match, the university competitiveness and the competition ability of the enterprise, college students is confident enough to find the first job, and choose occupations and do pioneering work.
