Abstract
In this paper, through the analysis on the teaching methods and effects of the traditional course “C Programming Design”, the author establishes a mobile learning system and designs a mobile learning model, implements the mobile learning in the course teaching and also provides different learning resources for the students based on the different learning contents, thus promoting the course “C Programming Design” and improving the interests and achievements of the students in learning.
