Abstract
The challenges associated with green business transformations are huge: They require bold decision-making under conditions of great uncertainty, consideration of hidden systemic effects, coordination of complex organisations, and adaptation to unforeseeable events.
A suitable management framework must therefore combine sound analytics with creativity techniques and deliver a systematic process to cope with the complexity of the transformation in large, established corporations while maintaining enough leeway to address the inevitable small and big unexpected challenges that will materialise.
