Abstract
Building a socialist harmonious society is the theme of Chinese social development, it is an important and complex system which needs all aspects of society involved in. As a cell of social development, Enterprise plays a vital role in the harmonious society. Only when enterprise becomes harmonious, economic can be harmonious, social can be harmonious. In this paper, a harmonious enterprise as a starting point, Harmony will be applied to the operation of an enterprise development. Win-win business outside of the macro-operation mechanism, Win-win business outside of the micro-operation mechanism, main win-win situation Internal operating mechanism of Internal operating mechanism are first grade indexes, extending the corresponding second index to build a harmonious enterprise’s operational mechanism. Then use AHP to determine the weight of each index, and came to comprehensive evaluation. It is useful for researching enterprise’s harmony.
