Abstract

In our discussions so far concerning the asymptotic long-time behavior of pseudochaotic kicked oscillators, we have concentrated on individual orbits, especially those within the web of discontinuity-avoiding aperiodic orbits. In the present chapter we turn our attention to the statistical properties of various classes of orbits for asymptotically long times. Once again, the recursive tiling property serves as a key organizing principle.
