Abstract
Cleft lip rhinoplasty presents a unique set of challenges to the facial reconstructive surgeon. The procedure itself is considered both functional and cosmetic, and while the outward appearance is most noticeable, cosmesis cannot be addressed adequately without also addressing the functional deformities in cleft lip nasal rhinoplasty. Unilateral and bilateral cleft lip nasal deformities and hemagioma-related deformities are discussed, and the surgical corrections described.
