Abstract
The role of high-quality personnel is increasingly being recognized in the process of business development by Chinese enterprises, and Chinese enterprises play an increasing emphasis on incentive pay for personnel. High level of pay has become the effective means to attract, retain and motivate highly qualified personnel. Efficiency-wages as a new incentive system is widely used in many companies. This article discusses the game theory and process of efficiency-wage, and propose some principles of designing efficiency-wage system.
