Abstract
Entrepreneurial learning has emerged as an important area of enquiry in relation to both the academic study of entrepreneurship and the practical development of new entrepreneurs, yet it is insufficiently understood area. This paper develops new understanding in this area from entrepreneurial competencies and constructs a tentative framework of entrepreneurial competencies as a mediator between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance. This establishes the foundation for the future empirical research.
