Abstract
Based on the summary of housing prices and it’s affection, the article supposes that the question of high housing price at present might be resolved from the cost aspect in the exploitation of real estate. It elaborated the significance of cost control. It also believed that the cost control should be manifested in the overall control and key control which mainly manifested in the earlier period investment decision stage and the plan design stag. Finally it gave corresponding suggestions of cost control in these two stages.
