Abstract
In order to maintain the competitiveness of talent, many Chinese enterprises have increased their investment in corporate human resources training. With the extensive application of computer network technology, the e-Training relying on a computer network technology has also been rapid development; Meanwhile, e-Training in the development of the various constraints encountered in the process, but also hindered the e-Training in the development of Chinese enterprises. This study explores these limitations, and propose solution ideas and methods to promote e-Training in the development of Chinese enterprises.
