Abstract
The prosperity of e-commerce has been driving the rapid development of private courier enterprise. However, local companies are facing the pressure both from multi-national enterprises and the disorderly competition of local rivals, which leads to the continuous decrease of price, while the operating cost keeps growing. This industry is confronting a bottleneck of development. This paper proposes possible countermeasures from four aspects. Firstly, broaden the channels for finance with the support of the state. Second, speed the integration of the industry in order to complement one another. Third, implement service standard to regulate market order. Fourth, improve the profitability with more innovation and creation.
