Abstract

The problem of evaluating the scientific research level of local university is analyzed and researched. Firstly, the index system of evaluation is established, i.e., research team, research platform, research achievement, research funding and academic reputation. Then, an evaluation method is presented based on fuzzy multi-attribute decision making. Therefore, a novel and effective way is obtained to solve the problem of evaluating the scientific research level of local university under the uncertain information.
