Abstract

In order to meet the demands of automation,solve the current problems that the assembly press of side ring for trucks with poor efficiency, unreliable, high cost and so on,we design a new, simple and high reliability assembly press of side ring which is dedicatly, based on the analysis of the relevant technical parameters and the requirements of the site conditions.Test and field trial shows that the pressure is stable and reliable, clean, the assembly quality improved obviously, it also can reduce the labor intensity and production cost, improve the production efficiency.
