Abstract

Customer Collaboration Innovation has become an effective approach for enterprises’ commodity innovation. According to the mechanism of extension evaluation theory, this study analyzed the characters of customer collaboration innovation as well as the critical impacting factors of its implementation and established the matter element model for performance evaluation. Through case study, the application of model was illustrated by qualitative and quantitative evaluating on performance of customer collaboration innovation so as to provide important references to the decision making of customer collaboration innovation.
