Abstract
It’s well known that the development of new-style rural cooperative economic organizations has actively accelerated the process of agricultural industrialization in recent years. In contrast, the increasing high cost of development and innovation constraints the development of agricultural industrialization greatly. Therefore, it is of strategic significance to resolve or reduce the cost problems in terms of institution, product and human resources innovation, to adapt to the economic development of commodity markets, and to promote the fast development of the professional system of the rural cooperative economic organizations.
