Abstract

College physical education plays an important role in promoting national fitness activities. The promulgation ofRegulation on National Fitness has put forward new requirements for college sports culture and human resource development and management, is of vital significance for the Physical Education Reform of colleges and universities. The study suggested that college physical education must implement the spirit of Regulation on National Fitness and carry out reforms appropriately. Take college students’ interests as the starting point, improving optional course system in physical education; take the students’ participation as the core, optimize the evaluation system; take extra-curricular group activities as a useful complement to ensure smooth implementation of the Regulation on National Fitness.
