Abstract
Nowadays the higher education is gradually changing from the elitists educating towards the masses education and the national higher education competition is also shifted from the number of educated people to the quality of the educated people, the core is to develop new talent. Our higher education should adopt practical and systematic measures to train the students’ innovative consciousness and innovation ability so that we could make the university students to be the winners in the increasingly fierce international competition and to make a due contribution to build our innovative country.
