Abstract

Continued technological innovation is fundamental way to enhance the core competence of enterprise. Under the guidance of system theory and modern project management theory, this paper analyzed the characteristics of enterprise technological innovation project and management, established the enterprise technological innovation management system based on project management, discussed its structure and operation mechanism, and provided its information system framework.
