Abstract
With the feature of short construction period and high degree of industrialization, light steel structure is widely used in plant construction. However, because of the later starting, there has been no nation promulgating engineering valuation standards so far, which makes a great disparity in the same engineering valuation. In this paper, we will combine with light steel plant engineering case of certain state-owned enterprises in Henan Province, describing how to control investment in design management, bidding management, contract management and project budgeting management actively and effectively.
