Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, more and more colleges and universities develop informatized campus as an important part of university development, and a lot of information technology application issues have been put on the administrative agenda. With the rise and development of wireless 3G technology, people can surf internet and process all kinds of information via laptop, IPAD, cell phone at anytime and anywhere.
This article explores the 3G technology for the application of informatized campus and safety development. Through theoretical studies, it shows 3G technology can improve the soft environment of current campus to a certain extent, promote the efficiency of administrative office, and accelerate the development of the campus.
