Abstract
The OE (Optic Engine) is an important part in the DLP (Digital Light Processing) system. In order to improve the reliability of the DLP optical engine driving formatter board and detect the fault quickly, this article presents a design method of the online test system based on ATmega128 single-chip microprocessor. It mainly introduces the key technologies to realize the online test, which includes the signals transmission and processing in hardware and software design, the acquisition and processing of the main signals such as voltage and frequency etc. The online test system provides an effective detecting tool for the mass production of the optical engine driving formatter board and has been applied in application.
