Abstract

Scientific and effective employee performance evaluation has great significance for straw power plant, it can improve the matching between employees and positions, and achieve both benefit between employees and the straw power plant. When evaluate straw power plant’s employee performance, it is hard for decision-makers to give a definite value for each evaluation index, but can give a scope of them by virtue of experience. So this paper uses interval numbers to discribe each index for employee performance evaluation, and uses variation coefficient method to determine weights of each index. Finally, compute synthesized assess value for each employee and rank them. Case study results show that this is an scientific and practical staff performance evaluation for straw power plant.
