Abstract
Optimization of coal transportation has various means, in this paper we established a Storage and Distribution Center(SDC), and compared the coal transport network efficiency before and after setting up a SDC by network optimization ,finding the SDC can increase the value of coal and reduce transportation costs, make the coal supply chain more efficiency and stability, ensure national economic security and the security of coal’s provision. At last, we give an illustrative example to verifie.
