Abstract

The design and development of heavy gas turbine is a complex, no similar precedent, it must be managed and organized by projects. In this paper, we study the collaborative project management method and the information support technologies of the heavy gas turbine development. Firstly, the organization model of the collaborative project management is given according to the characteristics of gas turbine projects. Secondly, the main business processes is analyzed. Finally, the system architecture of collaborative project management is presented.
