Abstract
Ontologies are formal, explicit specifications of shared conceptualizations of a given domain of discourse. Fuzzy cognitive map(FCM) is a modeling and simulation methodology describing on an abstract conceptual representation any system. Finally, the intelligent knowledge and information management system in E- Commerce is proposed based on ontology and FCM. Our experiments showed that the proposed methodology allows for the derivation of more significant ontology terms and more useful ontology rules from the information system. The experimental results indicate that this method has great effective promise.
