Abstract
We present a sampling technique that enables to explore transmission and reflection of fast electromagnetic pulses on a microstrip transmission line. Employing a minimally invasive optical sampling technique, temporal pulsed signals and the corresponding spectra are obtained for 20 GHz bandwidth.
