Abstract
The evaluation system has the interaction among the indexes, as well as the evaluation of the target is difficult to define precisely. Therefore, the methods of ANP and Fuzzy are adopted to evaluate comprehensively the external economy of wind power project. Firstly, determing the index weight with ANP can overcom AHP’s flaws which can not reflect the interaction among the indexes. In this way, it reflects the interaction among the indexes more objective. Then build the evaluation model with Fuzzy method based on ANP to assess the external economy with fuzziness. And by means of Super Decisions software, the effectiveness and scientific of the evaluation model is verified through an example.
