Abstract
The market influence of the external economy of wind power is analysed, firstly. The results show that the “market failure” is caused by the external economy of wind power. To compensate the losses caused by the external economy of wind power, the Government established the corresponding compensation mechanism, mainly including three types of promotion policies. Then the compensation mechanism of the external economy of wind power has been researched and compared. It showed that three kinds of promotion policies have their own advantages and disadvantages. According to the policy adjusted objectives, a variety of policies shoud be used together, in order to achieve the good results of implementation.
