Abstract

This article introduces a design of low-cost and high efficiency MOSFET-based general inverter. The design of frequency inverter circuit structure, the realization of driving circuit, and the method for the generation of pulse signal is given in details. It has been verified that the frequency inverter work securely, stably, reliably and conveniently by experiments.
