Abstract

The electric heater is a complicated system with serious non-linear, time-variant characteristics. This essay introduces the establishment of a nonlinear and pure lag model, and the design of the batch predictive PID controller based on the model. This controller can be used in the temperature control of electronic heater and also be able to eliminate the adverse affects of brought by hysteretic and nonlinear. The usage of this method in the actual temperature control system has proved it can significantly improve control performance, the system response speed, greatly ameliorate the impact of lag effect.
